Terrible experience. Would not honor our online appointment even though there was no wait and no patients being seen. This is not natural, Reid Health has to be under the worst leadership ever.

I took my daughter this evening for a suspected ear infection. Confirmed. But I just want to say how awesome the staff was from the front desk up until our exit. N.P. A Dengler was absolutely fantastic with my daughter and I feel went above and beyond to give her the absolute best care possible! It is highly appreciated by this mommy!

I went over there to be checked out after having and accident and injury to my leg. They said you have to have an appointment. That's not Urgent Care. The name needs to be changed to "Appointment Only Clinc"

My fiancé and I went here today and we were very impressed with how they took great care of us. We were also very pleased and impressed with the precautions they are taking for covid. Our NP was absolutely great! I couldn't have asked for a better one! She explained everything to us in a very informative way and was very understanding with us she didn't rush in and rush back out she took her time in explaining and making sure all of our questions were answered. I would highly recommend her to anyone! We will be back! Thank you for the great care you provided for us today!!

Under educated, lack of experience doctor that "diagnosed" me with a popped sternum.. I have pain from breathing and the side affects are very similar to pleurisy and bronchitis which i have had before.. The same symptons in fact! But this lady tells me to take Tylenol and that my breathing sounds fine... Go to the next town if you really need help, cause you will not get the proper help with reid!!!!

BE AWARE - received a text 11/2 from Quest Diagnostics about a online statement for services recently performed by Quest Diagnositcs. No clue as I have not had any tests done recently. Thought it was SPAM. I called the number in the text after googling the number to see what it was (wasn't going to click on the link). Come to find out it was a $5 bill from a 7/2 visit at Reid Health Urgent Care. I had never received any other bill or communication about it. I was told they are going paperless. So a random text message from something 4 months ago is a good idea? Thankfully it hadn't been turned over to collections.

I have never been so impressed as I was visiting this place. Everyone was extremely friendly, caring and informative. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who ask. A special thank you to this crew on Saturday! You all rock and should be very proud of the way you take care of your patients!
