Lorna and Brian are very nice people, I have nothing negative to say besides the way they run the practice. I stopped my sessions there as they would have multiple patients there at the same time with 1 PT taking care of all of them. It was always 2 patients and my last session Lorna was working with me and 2 other patients simultaneously. This is not fair as my insurance pays alot of money for my sessions and I should have 1 on 1 treatment and personalized attention to improve my condition. I really wanted this to work out as I chose them due to the pilates integration to the work out routine. I told my recommending physician and she said that this was unacceptable and not standard practice and i should change locations. I have since moved on and with my new PT, he assured me that I would have him for the whole hour uninterrupted. I hope they do see this review and change their business practices

I've done rehab at 3 different places around the East Bay. This is by far the best I've been to. They *listen* to you and don't give you boilerplate exercises for whatever injury you have.
I can not say enough about RehabPilates Physical Therapy or in particular Lorna, who is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I was treated by Lorna several years ago and the standard of care I received was exceptional. So, now I have different issues that I need PT for and I requested to come here and be treated by Lorna again. I know that she will be able to treat these issues and help me to live my life in as little pain as possible.
I've had physical therapy before...but not like this. In the past at other places, physical therapy was painful and boring, and yielded little improvement. Not here! At RehabPilates, I was working with John. He clearly has deep technical knowledge of how the body/ joints/ muscles work. I literally see improvement in myself EVERY day. I communicate where I feel sensation and John gives me cues to modify my walk that makes things so much better. This is the best PT place I have ever been to. Everything about it surpasses my expectations.
I had therapy here a few years ago and was very pleased with the care; so when I needed therapy again recently, I immediately told my physician I wanted to go here. Treatment is developed and supervised by expert PT and all staff is professional, caring, and detail-oriented. Now I'm planning surgery and will return for rehab post-op.
Best rehab place I've been. Got very good results after 2 weeks of doing the excercises prescribed. Therapists are very nice and professional. Lorna is hands on fabulous! Nice neat place. I felt very comfortable. Definitely would recommend this place to all.
I had a pretty painful sciatica issue that was making it hard to walk without very sharp pain. My doctor referred me to PT and I found RehabPilates PT. Going in I was kinda down about how bad and debilitating my pain was, but after a few weeks of sessions with John I was back to hiking and walking pain free. He really listened to my symptoms and goals and tailored a recovery program that worked. Sciatica can return so I appreciated that he also taught me preventative steps to avoid or lessen impact in the future. I hope I don't need PT in the future, but if I do I will go back to RehabPilates PT!
I am finding my sessions at Rehab Pilates to be very informational, inspiring and very pleasant to attend. I like being inspired to stay with a routine and I feel like my PT John is super supportive and engaging and I am feeling positive affects!
