I arrived at the office for my 830am at 829am. The office door was locked, so, I knocked off and on for 15 mins no answer. When I finally got someone on the phone, it was 846am. I walked back to the door knocked and the receptionist open the door. Proceeded to tell me that I’m late for my appt and can’t be seen as dr Kumar was with another patient. I explained the situation and she proceeded to tell me the door was never locked and I’m lying about knocking. In fact she claimed I never knocked, essentially, calling me a liar. She had the nastiest attitude, I have ever experienced at a doctors office. I highly recommend you find a doctors office willing to help you and your injuries get better. This ISNT the one.
