Lack of integrity of the physical therapist Christina Chang left me with a sour feeling for the Hillcrest UCSD physical therapy. I switched to the La Jolla location and found them much more interested in patient success and spent the full 30 minutes with me to help me succeed. Keep an eye on your watch. Hillcrest location insisted on billing me for 30 minutes and provided only 17 minutes of care.
