It's a great place if you're insured or on Medicaid and Medicare. But my husband can't go any longer due to only being able to pay his bill in Full with CASH or Debit card!?! Makes no sense!! And my husband has several depilation diseases, We now have to go to a ready care office, And we both have been going to RHS yrs.

Julie, April and the rest of Dr. Divine's staff are all very kind, friendly and supportive people. The idea of doing cognitive and behavioral testing was daunting to me, but my experience with them has been very positive.

I have had two children tested and treated at RHS and everyone has been phenomenal. The testing was explained well and my children were more than comfortable with the staff. We absolutely love Whitney and Meagann. My children are always excited to go to their visits and I always feel well informed of any decisions that are made. The front staff makes a point to welcome us into our appointments and are friendly and professional. We love RHS!

The front staff is awful. You can hear them talk badly about patients. They make fun of everyone. The one who sits in the middle is the worst, I have never felt so awful leaving a facility until now. She was so extremely rude, they were sitting there talking badly about my daughter and laughing. When I called to make the initial appointment whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and was talking very passive aggressive towards me Because I kept asking a question, I couldn’t hear because there was a lot of noise going on. The front staff is awful but the doctor was extremely nice. Will not be returning because of the front staff. RHS should be hiring people who care about mental healthy and people that have disabilities not laughing about certain people especially children.

We came here to get my son tested, we’ve been through this process getting him tested and admitted to different therapies about 5 times now (since we moved states, more than normal) this is by far the worst testing experience I’ve ever had. Overall they’re extremely unprofessional and unorganized from the moment you walk in. I’m not sure they have a process or clue to what’s going on. But the main office lady is the worst. She has hung up on me over the phone, and dealt with their billing office not being able to find my pre-authorization letter (not to mention I called my insurance and got it easily) in the worst possible way. She’s been incredibly rude and passive aggressive. I’ve never been through a more un- organized testing experience ever, and would not recommend them to anyone. I can’t speak to the doctor who has been testing my son as I’ve only met her briefly. But the front office and billing is enough to make me run.

We’ve been going to RHS for 2 years now, and everyone we’ve seen, we love! My daughter went to Brett Hampton when she was first diagnosed with Tourette’s, and he was able to teach her some great skills on handling anxiety. She (as well as my other daughter) also sees Whitney Moore and they love her. Whitney does a great job educating them on healthy habits without it sounding like a lecture! I also know that they do a lot of community work and sponsorships, one therapist even taking the time to talk to our community about dealing with a crisis after a traumatic event happened. I highly recommend RHS.

Had an appointment at 9:45. We have been waiting for 5 months to get it. I called at 9:20. I told them we are on our way. They in have a policy that if your within a 15 minute window from your appointment on they will still take you.. I arrived and my son went in at 9:56 I get a phone call from RHS while I'm there at the front door saying that they have now canceled the appointment because the psychiatrist need more time. I said well we're still within our window you should still be able to see him and they said nope we'll reschedule you for next week... Very frustrating You're talking that a both ends of the spectrum and not honoring the policy in which they set forth which is the 15 minute rule. It's very unsettling that they can just change their rules anytime they now I have to schedule another day off to take my centers appointment at 9:45 The following week. I should submit a bill to them for the time I took off of work to take him to the appointment and then have them cancel My time is just as important as theirs and I should bill you for it...... Very unprofessional!!!
