I would like to share my therapy experience but, since I couldn't get a call back after 7 business days that will not be possible. I called a week later and was told I would receive a call the next day. I called again 4 days later and they don't have my orders from my neurologist at IU. I no longer have them, as the front desk took them from me at my initial request for service. I will now call and get new orders faxed to another local physical therapist facility. I guess the bright side is that my condition is on going and not an immediate need. Thank you Reid rehab.

They were completely 100% great hospital. Rehab for my daughter was excellent care. Very friendly & personal. We couldn't ask for better care.

I was charge $368 per visit for my daughter's speech therapy. 35-40 min was spent on an ipad and 10-15 of play in their gym. My daughter went to 5 visits and we were billed $1,840. No improvement in speech. It was very disappointing. I cannot wrap my head around where that cost would come from. It was things I could do at home and now chose to do at home. Another reason I will never use the Reid network.

My daughter has went to this facility since she was about 5 months old for physical therapy. Now, she is 2 1/2 and goes for speech and occupational. I have nothing but great things to say about all of her therapists. They have all been BEYOND helpful. Her occupational therapist pushed to get her in for an autism screening. And now that she is properly diagnosed; they are helping me SO MUCH with techniques to help my daughter learn to talk, eat, sensory regulations, behavior/anger management techniques, etc. Her speech and occupational therapists are my people!! And my daughter LOVES them!

Everyone is super nice! My PT, Grady, is able to make my rehabilitation sessions (shoulder surgery) not feel like a chore and inconvenience, instead aiming for a more casual but still goal oriented experience.

They do not care about you all they care about is that head count, they put you on either a machine or something else and walk away to chat and giggle with co workers, I also have many problems going on and have a bad memory and get confused with all the drs apts I have all but these ppl give a reminder call, the excuse was ppl were complaining ok so what about many of us who need it? some of that staff is cold and rude and DO NOT LISTEN but look at you with rolly eyes like what you are saying means nothing (no wonder ppl kill themselves) I know it makes me feel like it....
