I was totally dissatisfied with physical therapy and the therapists that worked with me at Montage Marina. It was inconsistent with different therapists and different types of therapy depending on who I was seeing. I am now going to a physical therapy group that is not affiliated with CHOMP or Montage. The difference is night and day. At Montage I would sit in the therapist’s office for the first 15 plus minutes, then she would show me some exercises I could do at home or do maybe 10 minutes or so in the actual therapy room. On one occasion I could tell that the therapist wanted to go home as it was late in the day. Totally not focused - appointment was cut short as it often was. Sorry - never again.

My wife had treatment here for a vertigo issue, which is an acute issue that the sufferer wants resolved quickly. Treatment is a procedure that requires a handful of visits and is actually quite simple; indeed, her therapist even told her that she could do the therapy at home with my help. The problem is that despite asking numerous times to understand the cost of the services, she was not provided with an estimate for quite some time. As soon as she finally got the answer on price per visit, after 4 visits I believe, she immediately canceled thinking the cost was too significant. And when she got the bill it was for almost twice the amount per visit she was quoted! Navigating the medical world is difficult, but when you have a care provider who will not give you a straight answer on cost of services, you should hold off using them. Sadly our family paid the price and was charged more than $2,000 for four visits the therapist told my wife she could do at home with a little help.

The technicians are wonderful here but I got miss-guided regarding their services. They didn't provide pricing information even after requesting it several times, a few times they told me they would give a call back to confirm the cost of their services before my appointments and never heard back. Long story short, I was billed almost $600 per visit which didn't last more than 30 minutes. I understand they provide specialized services but nothing to be deserving of these costs, even my doctor told me I could have looked up the treatment on YouTube and done it myself, the technician gave me a piece of paper so I could do the treatment at home myself, so why are they charging $600 per visit is beyond anyone's comprehension. When I tried to inquire about this their best answer was "your insurance approved our rates so there's nothing we can do". Their patient "advocate" never called me back despite several attempts to contact them.
