Rehabilitation Services at Valley View - Glenwood Springs

Beyond disappointed with the lack of communication from this establishment. They'll cancel on you last minute, yet they have a big sign up that says 'if you cancel on us once we'll ban you' (it's not far from that). They were supposed to schedule me for 5 months, but they only schedule me for a month and change. Without informing me. Now I'm crippled and in need of therapy and they could'nt care less.
