Rehabilitation & Performance Institute Evansville

I've been Adam's favorite patient for a while, and I have to say that without his guidance I would have probably been in a wheelchair by now. Instead I climb ladders, creep into crawlspaces, and balance on uneven, muddy ground all day. He has been a God send, and he obviously takes pride in his profession. Alex is amazing, too, though not my Doctor. I've watched his interactions and successes with patients, and he is just as impressive. Lori's smile alone makes the trip worth it for me! Rehabilitation Performance is an exceptional place for therapy! Everyone was so kind and Melissa the therapist helped my husband so much with his vertigo! She spent a whole hour with him and spoke loud so that my husband could hear her and the therapy really worked! I can’t say enough about this rehabilitation therapy and Melissa! She is a very kind person, and his outstanding at what she does and she cares about her patients. I would recommend anyone going there and seeing Melissa!

I have been seeing Alex intermittently over the past two years for various ailments: lower back, shoulder and neck. He and his staff have done an excellent job listening to my needs and addressed them with the most professional way. Additionally they always provide exercises to work on at home. I highly recommend RPI for any of your physical therapy and rehabilitation.

It has been a great experience. Adam makes sure I understand what exercises to do and why I am doing them. He is very patient with me as I navigate this new experience. The facility is clean, organized and well managed. Happy to have this facility on the West Side and easily available to me.
