Rehabilitation Department

Applied for services back in March 2018. They had a huge backlog for at least six months. Finally got a call back (7 months later) for a meeting to be approved for services and now it's another two month wait before final approvals. Really sad it takes this long. While waiting, you get no help, so beware of this when applying. It'll probably be a full year before I hear anything back. The state really needs to get their stuff together with all this backlog nonsense.

The receptionist is incredibly rude and makes it uncomfortable to give them a call. I didn't hear from anyone for half a year when I was finally put onto the program. Still haven't received anything from them, seems like a complete waste of my time at this point.

5 cubicles and 0 workers. Ring the bell for service. The bell is behind the glass partition, not reachable to ring. Went to get help with finding a job and was asked my monthly income. No job is why I’m here.

I put in an application they said 2 weeks to mail it I called them again next month they haven't mailed but they're going to . So I have to wait ANOTHER 3 weeks . So I WILL have do it myself.
