Rehabilitation Department

They are ridiculous! The counselor they gave me was very negative I told her I needed to get a job to be self sufficient at the time to be in a safe environment. She told me to go volunteer some where for 2 yrs until I “got my emotions under control”! This is a vocational rehabilitation counselor? Complaints go no where. This office in Eureka CA will not even answer the phone or put on voicemail. They get paid to sit n chat n socialize among themselves all day. State funds being wasted! But the all go out to lunch etc.. just no actual work being done ?

I wish they would call back and follow through with things they did on my grandson I keep on them and they'll do it otherwise they forget I guess they have too many consumers
