The Princesses of Pain at the Rehab Institute have helped with stretching my shoulder post rotator cuff surgery.

They get right to the problem and fix me up so quickly that I can use what they teach me at home and only have to go with a fraction of my visits. I may be approved for 10 visits but can almost do with less.

The therapist Lisele is wonderful and fantastic! The progress he's making after his accident is awesome. Unfortunately they're having to make due in a building that is not handicap friendly. This location is in a doctor's office and ALL the doors are self open. This means that when you come in for PT and are in a wheelchair or have a scooter or a walker you better have a second person with you to hold the doors open. I would imagine there are quite a few people coming here having to use DME to get around. Why have they not installed touchplate operated doors already? It's such a pain in the butt trying to hold two doors open at the same time to let the wheelchair through. Wished NGHS would add some touchplate opening doors. This is my biggest and only complaint for the building itself. Shame they offer services for the handicapped yet are not handicap friendly. I suppose one can be grateful there's not also a curb to have to get over as well.

Lisel is amazing. My son just finished therapy on his knee. She was great with him meeting his needs. All the staff are friendly also.

Definitivamente el personal es profesional y dedicado, David ayudó demasiado a mi problema en mi cuello, no se distraen, aprovechan cada minuto y tratan justo donde está el problema ;la fisioterapeuta Andrea está ayudando mucho a mi rehabilitación de mi brazo, tras mi accidente tenía miedo no poder recuperarme para avanzar y ellos han hecho todo lo posible por ayudar a reincorporarme, la técnica cara a cara y el profesionalismo que dedican es lo mejor , la enseñanza para hacer mis terapias en casa ayudaron a avanzar más rápidamente, ojalá pudiera presumir una foto con ellos .
