Rehabilitation Associates - Stratford

I had such a great experience here! All the reception staff and assistants are so welcoming and helpful. They would always print my schedule out for me for the month and set me up for my next visits. All the assistants who did my icing and stim at the end of each session where so friendly and lovely to talk to. My physical therapist, Jhasson, was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and caring. He really pushed me in every session to get my knee where it needed to be. He always reassured me that it was going to take some time to get back to where I was before my surgery and to be patient with myself. The sessions were both challenging and encouraging, and I saw significant improvement in my mobility and strength within a few weeks. He really helped me gain my confidence back in my knee. I will miss our weekly sessions, and I know I can always contact him if I have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Rehab Associates in Stratford to everyone!

I wish I could give 10 stars. I have been a client at Rehab Associates in Stratford throughout the years for different physcial therapy services. The reception staff and assistant (Ms. Kim) are so accommodating and friendly. I give them an A+ in client services. My physical therapist, Jhasson was absolutely the best PT I've ever worked with. He has helped me enormously after two knee surgeries. Jhasson is very knowledgeable, professional, encouraging and kindhearted. He pushes you to do your best. Jhasson is one of kind. If you are have been referred to physical therapy, I highly recommend you contact Rehab Associates.

My experience with Cora was excellent. She is amazing and has helped me recover from a painful shoulder and upper arm. She is so caring and professional. I am happy to be released but will miss Cora’s kindness. The entire staff have been very courteous and helpful.

If I could give them 6 stars I would. I have gone to Rehab Associates in Stratford for various reasons over the years. The reception staff and assistants are so helpful and welcoming. They went above and beyond in every way. My physical therapist, Jhasson, was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and caring and he patiently answered my many, many questions (the man is a saint). Jhasson has helped me tremendously following several surgeries. They have one-on-one appointments and you are their primary concern unlike some rehabs where it’s one therapist assisting 2-3 patients at a time. I highly recommend Rehab Associates in Stratford to everyone. As an added bonus for anyone with limited mobility, there are no steps or elevator tips to reach the facility. It’s ground level with very easy access and plenty of close parking.

In need of Physical Therapy? This is the place to go! Staff is amazing and facilities clean and well equipped. Home exercises manageable and easy to continue at home. You wont go wrong choosing Rehab Associates for your therapy needs.

Everyone is amazing! The office and therapists take time to explain everything to their patients. I would recommend anyone in need of therapy to go there.
