I have seen Dr. Fred Batkin on two separate occasions. I had never had a nerve test before seeing him and didn’t know what to expect. He made me feel comfortable and heard. He explained what he was going to do and every time he was going to go to the next spot. He said I was one of his best patients to date which made me happy! Getting any kind of test is scary but if you need a nerve test go see Dr. Batkin😁

Dr. Batkin was amazing. First time doing a nerve conduction test and he talked me through it step by step. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The staff was kind and helpful. Overall, great experience. Thank you!

Dr Batkin made me feel very comfortable before and during my EMG. He was patient and explained everything that was going to happen before and during. He also answered my questions.

My pain management doctor, Venus Ramos is highly skilled. Since the multiple changes to opiate prescription regulations by the federal government, it has been extremely difficult for me to obtain my prescriptions from Dr. Ramos. There have been two incidents now where I have had to wait 6 to 9 days before she responds to my request for a refill. As we approach the weekend, she has not authorized my refill request. It is very frustrating to constantly call and email without a response. I drive nearly 2 hours to Long Beach for my appointments. It may be time for me to search out a doctor closer to home. I am very disappointed. I have asked for an explanation as to why this happens and I received nothing but what I can only interpret as a lie.
