Rehabilitation Associates - Fairfield

I am a new patient and am having a great experience already. My therapist Miranda is awesome! She is thorough, nice, has a good sense of humor and cares about my well-being, emotionally and physically. She understands the process and is always open to answering my questions. I look forward to working with her during my healing process and would highly recommend her! A big shout out to Al who always makes sure I am taken care of when I am there ;-)

I can't say enough wonderful things about Rehabilitation Associates. I have been using the Fairfield location for at least 20 years. I have had therapy on 2 shoulders and one knee and currently doing therapy on my neck. Ed has always been my primary therapist. However if Ed is not available , I try to schedule with Dan. Over the past years, I also had therapy with many of the other therapists and have had excellent results. I like having Patrick( my personal trainer ) try to keep me flexible and in shape. The front and the support staff are very accommodating - efficient - professional and welcoming . Everyone makes you feel like a member of the Rehabilitation family.

I can't say enough about Rehabilitation Associates in Fairfield Ct. My sister who is also a patient referred me to this facility due to her own positive experiences. Everyone is pleasant and friendly and you are treated with respect and dignity. Michelle stands out for me at the front desk she always has a smile on her face and is willing to assist with scheduling appointments. For physical therapy I see the one and only "Lainie" for my neck therapy. She is AMAZING, funny and thorough I highly recommend her and the rest of the team.

I can't say enough about the care I received at Rehabilitation Associates over the past year from the gentle and healing hands of Carol, Lucy, and Jan. They guided me through a long physical recovery and helped me cope with the fears and uncertainty that accompany traumatic injury. I am also grateful for the diligent and patient staff in the payment center for doggedly pursuing insurance reimbursements and always communicating with the utmost kindness and courtesy. Thank you all.

Rehabilitation Associates in Fairfield has been a great experience for my knee surgery. Lainie McHugh my therapist is very knowledgeable, attentive and understanding of my injury. Laine is a 5 plus star therapist in my opinion that is very talented at her job and was able to pinpoint what was going on in my knee before the doctor and treat it correctly. I would also like to give a shout-out to AL the assistant for always being a smiling face walking into somewhere you don't really want to be first thing in the morning.

Lucy treated me for both wrist and shoulder difficulties at different times. She is a highly skilled and professional therapist. The results of her treatments were amazing, alleviating severe pain that had lingered for months. I give her the highest recommendation, as well as high marks for the entire staff for their daily concern about their patients.

I’ve been going to rehab associates on and off for the last six years. The entire staff from front desk check in to the therapists are amazing. I would recommend them to anyone who needed physical therapy. They have an amazing way of making you feel comfortable and welcome and at this point I feel like they are like family to me. With each injury they always go above and beyond to help heal you and make you feel at ease.

Used to be good but now unstable and unprofessional. Offered time for service then pulled it back bc they won't work on Fridays during summer. Nice. Probably why they lost big school contracts. Avoid
