This facility is falling apart, there are mice in the building, many of the windows are the original single-pane windows from when the building was built and leak air, there are issues with the heating and air conditioning, the rehab “therapy” is a joke, patients are lucky if they get 15 minutes of therapy three times a week. The rehab gym is small and has very little equipment and the therapy is out-sourced. Don’t send your loved one here for rehab, send them to a facility with actual in-house physical therapists and an actual gym. 10/10 would not recommend unless you have no other options, this place is a dump.

This facility took exceptional care of my father-in-law. My wife and I live in Iowa and she worried about her Dad a lot being so far away. However once she met the staff RNCR, her worries lessened immensely. They were so kind and accommodating and took excellent care of him. We are so very grateful.

Words cannot even begin to describe my gratitude to the amazing staff at RNCR. My dad suffered from dementia and was not easy to care for, however he was always shown love and compassion. He was not able to verbally socialize, yet RNCR created an atmosphere where he could still be very social. Singing and dancing brought my dad joy up until the end and everybody there knew it and brought that out in him. I am so eternally thankful for their exceptional care and for giving him opportunities to thrive. It was so hard to know that a cherished family member was in a state of decline, but such a relief to know he was given such excellent care when he needed it most.

RNCR has been my all time favorite place to work. I have been here since 2017. My longest job ever. The connection you have with other staff and management is amazing, it feels like family. On top of the amazing relationship you build with the residents is beyond me! Clean environment, friendly, out going bubbly staff. This place feels like home to me ❤ I'm glad I work here and I'm glad for the residents we have here

What A Blessing! I had my mother in a very popular facility that on the outside looked great, but on the inside, she almost died. That's not the case at RNCR! The staff and Owner of RNCR really take care of my mother. I am welcome there as part of the family. I feel peace at night knowing they are watching over her. I've been there talking to nurses as they stand behind my mothers and love on her like she was their mom. You honestly do not see that at a lot of other facilities.

I am a staff nurse at RNCR. I have been working here for 4.5 years. All of my co-workers work hard, work extra shifts, do whatever is needed to keep our residents safe and comfortable. Our managers are always here with us, working with us side by side, they lead us through this challenging time during the pandemic.

This company is willing to send new staff to CNA schooling to get certified which intrigued me and pulled me into a job offer I got here. I’ve been here for 3 months so far and absolutely love it and the management is so openly inviting and even on bad days I still 100% enjoy coming to work. The residents are also very amazing to bond with and care for. I love it here ❤️❤️

Our beloved Aunt Wilma spent here last months at RMCR. We were so concerned and torn about placing her away from us. I have to say that from the 1st contact via my initial phone call I felt RMCR is where Aunt Wilma belonged. I have to mention the young lady who helped get everything going for Aunt Wilma her name is Samantha!!! Your a peach, my dear. The staff was so attentive and called us with updates to her condition. I didn't have to run someone down or call back 3 times to get an answer. In the end days the staff were educated on hospice and helped us with what we could expect in the days ahead. They were compassionate. Our family couldn't have asked for more. Thank you, Juliette Burgdorf
