RehabAuthority - Moorhead

At the risk of sounding over dramatic, the team at RehabAuthority saved my life! I was injured in January 2024 and was beginning to believe nothing was going to help me get better. We had tried everything and just about every opioid medication you could think of... none of it helped. After a consultation with Northern Neurosurgery and Spine, they recommended I try physical therapy at RehabAuthority. I was willing to try anything to get out of pain---I am glad I did! There's so much to say about the wonderful staff at Rehab Authority. Even though you're in pain they make you feel so welcome and at the same time helping you to get better an explaining every detail what they're going to do in helping you reach the goal to get better. After dislocating my shoulder I needed physical therapy. My doctor recommended Rehab Authority. I am so glad he did! Their upbeat attitudes, fun atmosphere and great personalized therapy healed my shoulder. When the pandemic started they easily adjusted to Telehealth visits and I still got great sessions from home. Once I was ready to go back in person, they had made changes that helped me feel very safe going back during the pandemic. I was so happy with their care that when my daughter needed physical therapy for her back the only place I would consider was Rehab Authority.

Kris, Jake & Sharon are friendly, dedicated, outgoing & professional. Kris & Jake are eager & informative in helping you feel better & get back to your previous activities. Sharon is spot on with phone calls, referrals & paperwork that is needed to be filled out. I've been to several physical therapist over the last few years. I'm impressed with the treatment I received at Moorhead Rehab Authority .

I started receiving PT on my ankles at Rehab Authority, Moorhead clinic in October, 2019. They have helped me SO MUCH with stability and decreasing the pain I've had for years! The DPT & PTA are both amazing at what they do, they are both so kind and positive, and they both instill confidence in me that I will be able to walk more assuredly and without pain in due time. I feel so well taken care of at this clinic. And that includes the wonderful scheduling/billing clerk at the front desk. I have never met a nicer human than her! I am so thankful I took the steps needed to start working with these people! I highly recommend this clinic and the fine humans who work here.

I have spent a lot of time at this facility both with shoulder surgery and knee & IT band injury. Kris and Jake are fantastic. They know their business and helpful as I am transitioning out. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of physical therapy.
