Rehab Zone Physical Therapy

Recently I suffered from a Type lll AC separation in my right shoulder. Someone recommended David Haas at Rehab Zone to me to help me recover. During my first visit, David took the time to qualify what my goals were to get out of my physical therapy experience with him - and in my case, as an avid mt. biker, whitewater paddler, backpacker and overall outdoor enthusiast, I wanted to make sure I had full use of my shoulder and return to my day to day activities in a prompt, but safe manner with full range of motion. I wanted to avoid surgery. Within 2/3 weeks of his guidance and PT sessions/ exercises, I was confidently back at my day to day activities around the house without a brace or sling. After week 4, I was back riding my bike casually, and after todays visit (week 5) I feel more confident than ever. Not only has David helped me recover from my injury, he has also implemented daily routines that help prevent future injuries. On top of that, he has also helped me focus on healthy exercises outside of my original injury to make sure I not only return to 100%, but also exceed my previous level of stregnth. David Haas at Rehab Zone is someone I would strongly recommend to anyone with any type of rehabilitation need. He’s exceeded my expectations and he will remain my PT of choice.
