Rehab United - Kearny Mesa

I can't say enough great things about Rehab United Kearny Mesa! From the moment you walk in, the entire team makes you feel welcome and valued. Bridget, Oriana, and Alyssa have been my primary team, and their expertise and dedication are unparalleled. They truly tailor their approach to meet your needs and are incredibly supportive throughout the rehab process. One of the standout aspects of this facility is how they always made me feel safe and comfortable. On several occasions, I was able to bring my child with me, and the staff were accommodating and understanding, which was such a relief. But it's not just about the therapists—every single person at Rehab United Kearny Mesa contributes to an exceptional experience. The reception staff is friendly and efficient, and the other associates are equally amazing. It’s clear that everyone here is committed to providing the best care possible. I highly recommend Rehab United Kearny Mesa to anyone in need of rehab services. Their combined effort and professionalism make them a standout choice. 10/10 recommend!

I’ve never been to such an incredible rehab place as Rehab United! Everyone is fantastic! Everything is explained in detail and for those of us who can’t remember everything, it’s repeated patiently without judgment. I’m treated like an adult and not talked down to. Whitney is fantastic, helping me with pelvic floor issues. The atmosphere is friendly and you can see from the other patrons that they are happy, too!! I just love the positive feelings I get!!

Alyssa and the other physical therapists at Rehab United were excellent. I was there for pelvic floor issues. Alyssa was professional and made sure to tailor my exercises to exactly what I needed. I am hypermobile and tend to overcompensate when doing basic exercises and the therapists that worked with me were great at helping to gently correct my form when necessary. Highly recommend!

I was a client here for about three months after I had my first child birth. Orianna and Bridgette worked with me on my pelvic floor recovery and they both are awesome! My first visit I was very hesitant but Bridgette made feel very comfortable. I wasn’t sure how beneficial the pelvic floor therapy would be or even if it would help. But Both ladies are very knowledgeable and always addressed my concerns or questions. I’m grateful for them and for all the staff. Everyone is so pleasant and friendly. I wish I could take Bridgette Orianna with me to my new duty station to continue with my progress. However they both equipped me with valuable tools in order for me to continue progressing on my own. My deepest thank you go to these ladies as I’ve had such a tremendous improvement in such a short amount of time.

Alyssa is being my therapist during the 3 times that I needed physical therapy after my postpartums and during my second pregnancy. Whitney is being my therapist too the last time I was receiving physical therapy there. Both are great! I healed and I feel good again. The postpartum recovery is a very long process and I am glad I had such a great professionals next to me helping me to feel myself again. Thank you!!

I can't say enough great things about Rehab United. I was very impressed with Alyssa's diagnostics and treatment, and the entire staff needs to be awarded for their caring attention. I first went to Rehab United several years ago for a different injury, and had a similar result: the staff's goal at RU is to get you back functioning properly without pain.

Rehab United is heads above every other physical therapy clinic in the country - plain and simple. I've been a client since May 2007 when I aggravated my newly repaired right knee. I've returned for other sports-related injuries and after my second right knee surgery, and am currently seeing Ben at the Point Loma location for an ankle injury. They focus on the whole-body including body mechanics to help strength the areas that are compensating as well as the injured areas. I also love the massage therapists that I've worked with post surgery and for flared up injured areas. Mariah Moreno is hands down (pun intended) one of the most spectacular massage therapists in San Diego County! The first appointment I had with Mariah was early this year and it was so necessary. Our 125 lb. American Akita had to have a herniated disc repaired in her neck and couldn't walk up and down stairs for almost two months. We live in a third-floor walk-up. My body was so out of whack and I'm already riddled with a plethora of sports-related injuries so nothing was working properly. I made an online appointment through Resolve Wellness's website and about seven days went in to the clinic for my appointment. RU is not like a typical massage therapy office. They are a medical office so they are very thorough. When you arrive (10-15 minutes early), they will have you fill out a complete history so they can target the appropriate areas and work with you for treatment. Mariah does the same. Each appointment we discuss where I am hurting or overworked and she walks through her plan for the session. You will love Mariah. She is such a genuine soul and lovely and fun to chat with while she's driving out the cares and aches of the world. Before RU I didn't really like massages because they either hurt when they shouldn't have or didn't feel like anything. I've worked with three other massage therapists over the years with RU but Mariah is now my regular therapist. Just had a session with her yesterday (10 July 2023) and I can feel all of the spots she targeted...hurts so good! Thank you, Mariah and RU!

Rehab United could not have been a better way to help some of my very prolonged issues. They have highly skilled Physical Therapists and make you feel right at home. I was seen by Alyssa Ochoa for several issues that had piled up over the years. She was able to help and effectively treat me in less than a year. She provided me with some valuable tools and lessons to take with me and use going forward on my own as well. Alyssa is a very knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly physical therapist who makes you feel comfortable right away (both physically and mentally). I highly recommend Alyssa to anyone who needs a physical therapist!
