Rehab Select at Albertville

We could not be happier with the care our mother has received at this facility. The experience with the entire staff from admissions, CNA’s, Nurses and PT has been wonderful

I went in sitting in a wheelchair and left using my walker. The Therapist were great from speech, occupational to physical therapist. I had a stroke prior to entering Rehab and came out after 21 days walking and no drop foot anymore and opening my right hand. For years I could not use my right hand or foot. The right side of my body just woke up. It was truly a God thing and prayers from friends,Churches, and anyone who knows me. This place is borderline abusive of their residents. They leave them unattended, suffering and in pain. Delivering their meds late, ignoring infections and cuts and pain. Treating them like dogs. It’s disgusting. They rarely bathe the people there, they serve awful food that’s hardly digestible. They do not attend the residents. My grandmother developed sepsis because of a wound caused be her power chair that was left unwrapped, untreated, and unnoticed. Disgusting. Ridiculous.

My father was admitted one Tuesday for Rehab and I got a call on Friday morning that he was given another Patient’s medication ( 4 different meds). He was monitored at the ER and was discharged to home For home health PT. I was not going to give them another chance to harm him.

Having to see my mom thru a window is heartbreaking due to CoVid19 but they are doing a wonderful job with their residents.

Horrible people,,nasty place,,treat people badly and with no respect as soon as the family leaves..I wouldn't send my dog there

Very clean, very friendly environment from the time you walk through the doors.

Staff short handed but they were doing well
