I need a massage very badly. I was having major muscle spasms. When I walked in I was hunched over. In pain. When I walked out I was about 70% better. Didn't really feel too much pain. Charlene was awesome. I went twice. I highly recommend Charlene. Again Sean I hope you're reading this you're awesome you saved my day.

While traveling my husband came up with a bad back. We went 3 times to a chiropractor in Flagstaff with him not getting any better. When we got to William’s I called Rehab and Relax and she took him that day! She helped him so much more than chiropractors. Thank you so very much. You were so knowledgeable and informative.

Tifni is the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to! My husband says the same. She targets areas and can tell what’s needed. She goes beyond massage and stretches you and uses tools for the areas that need extra work. I always left there feeling amazing and couldn’t wait for the next visit. I moved away from the area so will miss her, but be sure to book a massage with her when you are in the area!

As a previous owner of a clinical massage business, I'm knowledgeable about the effectiveness and modalities available for body work. After suffering a back issue after replacing my flat tire here in Williams, I will locate it Tiffany from rehab massage. I was impressed with a skill. She used many forms of different modalities all with the purpose of helping me alleviate my back pain. She apply strong pressure and was knowledgeable about where to work at on my body. I highly recommend her. If you need a relaxing session or some pain relief, she's a person to see.

Had such a great experience setting up a surprise deep tissue massage for my husbands birthday. We've been searching for years for someone to breakup the many knots and scar tissue spots in his back but have never been able to find someone who can actually do it right. I was in severe pain with a pinched nerve in my shoulder. She only focused on upper body for 1 hour. She was able to work on the nerve that caused the pain. I was amazed by how knowledgeable Trini was of the muscles in the body. She has many certificates from all over proving she does know what she is talking about. I have had many massages in my life, but by far this was best. If I could I would relocate her and her family. Thank you once again for a bit of relief. I will have my friends and family go to her when they go to Williams.

I've delat with lower back pain for years, she was very professional and was able hit the spots I needed and now I am feeling way better! Highly recommend paying her a visit! Very well worth it!
