Rehab Plus Physical Therapy

I went consistently to Rehab Plus for a year due to knee issues + surgery. Everyone there is so attentive, thoughtful, and helpful. I never felt unwelcome anytime I was there. The physical therapists personally pick your exercises to helpful with your situation and needs. It is very personalized to you. I fully recovered from ACL replacement surgery, a torn meniscus, and a sprained MCL. Not only did i fully recover, i went back to my sport stronger than before. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs physical therapy!

Herman at Rehab Plus is fantastic! He focuses on overall health and tailors creative workouts that keep things interesting. His approach has helped me improve strength and mobility while staying motivated. Highly recommend!

Hermann and the staff at Rehab Plus are the best! Extremely knowledgeable, personal, attentive and a fun environment! They keep me in shape and able to do all my very physical activities at a high level. Simply the best!

AVOID THIS FACILITY AT ALL COSTS!!! I've been to a few PT facilities in Scottsdale. This one was a horrible experience. My first visit was basically worthless. 4 elementary shoulder exercises that I already knew from a quick Google. Had to ask for Stim/Ice afterwards. Worst issue was I stated I wanted "SelfPay" and as I knew I wouldn't hit my insurance deductible. They put it through my insurance and sent me additional bills! Brandon (Mgr) told me on the phone "we screwed up" and then added "but since it went through insurance there is nothing we can do". They fall back on the pages of paperwork I signed on first visit. So I get to pay for their mistake! This just isn't a place that cares about patients first. Are you serious to tell a patient we screwed up but you have to pay for our screw up. And the amount is only $105 - but Rehab Plus doesn't care...

Brandon Andrews did an excellent job with helping get my knee back where I functioned before my knee arthroscopy procedure for a complex meniscus tear. He was patient and listened well to my concerns after each session, following up with exercises that would improve the problem. All the facility staff was pleasant and helpful. Also, the place was always clean and fairly organized for how busy they could be at times.

I just finished 8 months here working to rehab after Achilles repair surgery. Everyone I worked with was great, including the residency students that came in. They let me work at a pace I was comfortable with, which I really appreciated. Andrew helped me so much - he got me back to jumping, hopping, leaping and jogging! Thank you!

Brandon is great! Katie is polite and efficient. This is my 2nd time at the facility and I would recommend the team. Brandon is knowledgeable, kind and patient plus he adds humor and connects with his clients!
