Rehab Partners Therapy, a H2 Health Company

Rehab Partners is one of the best physical therapy clinics in our areas. The staff is absolutely wonderful and easy to work with. Donna, my personal trainer, is such an extraordinary capable person. Her incredible knowledge assisted me, through my 6 appointments, and guided me on my path to recovery. Donna knew that I’m an active participant at my local gym and she, without any hesitation, advised me on how to continue, on my own. My rotator cuff tear will never be the same ! Thank you Donna, for calmly challenging me with my “slow” progress. If I ever have to engage in another PT program, you already know who I will call. Thanks to all staff members for an amazing experience.

Rehab Partners is a caring and resourceful physical therapy provider. They were thoughtful and supportive during my PT for hip pain. Tom, Brian, Tony and Amelia were complimenting in other in their approaches and prescribed exercises. I’ll be returning for any future PT needs.

Fantastic therapy facility! Very clean and well organized. Brian is wonderful. Very knowledgeable and personable. I will definitely be back in February after my second knee replacement.

Really liked going to Tony especially and Tom too when I couldn’t see Tony. They worked on my lower back by having me do core tightening exercises. It seems to have helped some as I’m not using a heating pad as much on my back . I am using Tylenol daily though now. I have bulging discs and spinal stenosis. I don’t know if my back will ever be “ right” but it seems a little better at least temporarily. I do hate however,, that they closed the Inverness rehab office and that I have to travel to Citrus hills for services.

Always great friendly service feels like family in there. Donna did a great job working with me on my arm. And I highly recommend rehab Partners for all your needs.

Donna was an amazing O.T. . She was knowledge and kind. I would recommend her. The receptionist was also kind and helpful.

Tony and Amelia are the best. Always professional and so knowledgeable!!! They get me better in no time feeling myself again.
