Excellent care from the nurses, nurses aides, therapists, doctors, business office, admins and the reception staff. Nurses and doctors displayed good bedside manner. I don’t share this information lightly. My mother was at Rehab First for about 1.5 months. I was there every single day, all day and I was able to observe the entire staff during this time. I think the supervision from top to bottom was very good, and the care seemed very organized. The staff was very attentive and respectful of my mother, and whenever I requested anything for her it was provided in a realistically prompt manner. Also, whenever I had any questions they were answered respectfully and professionally. While everyone who worked with my mother provided excellent care, there are a few individuals who provided above and beyond care: • Mary Robinson – Charge Nurse: Mary provided great personal care to my mother. She was vey caring and compassionate. Mom loved Mary and often mentioned what a great job May did. • JoAnne Kelley - CNA: Also provide personal attentive care to my mom, she treated here like she was her own mother. • Jane Sinclair (PT) and Josh Holmes (OT): My mom is 88 and they both provided tender and first rate therapy care. I typically asked them questions after every therapy session, and there were both great in providing the information I needed. • Lucretia Thompson – Floor Administrator: She was extremely helpful to me in providing information regarding my mom’s care while at Rehab First, how to traverse the appeal process with mom’s insurance provider, and home health aide companies for care after mom was discharged. She was an excellent resource. I would recommend Capital Hill Healthcare - Rehab First rehabilitation center to those in need of in need of in-patient and rehabilitation services. I liked there service so much that I will use them for respite care in the future.

Lack of supervision. Just found out that they were giving my Mom pain meds that she didn’t request. Makes the night easy for them if they drug the patients. She is left alone with no water without any attention to her comfort. Rehab schedules are Willy Nilly with no consideration for the patient. Unfortunately this place is no worse than other facilities in Montgomery. It is a shame the bar is set so low

Awful for the patients bcoz the staff is rude to sick and elderly patients. Inexperienced staff, inept, non professional! Do not allow your loved ones to this dungeon!!! They may die here!!!

Personnel have a few bad apples. Most were good just a few that need bedside training techniques.
