I’ve had no choice but to seek pain management due to multiple medical conditions. I’ve never been to a doctor that is so adamant about injections and not even tell you what she’s injecting in you! I ended up in the hospital twice due to said injections and couldn’t even tell the doctors what I was injected with nor what procedure was even preformed on me!! I was under her care for several years and not once seen her smile!!! Terrible bedside manner and I finally decided to drive 2 hours one way to get the actual care I needed and deserved! If she truly cared about helping people with their pain then she’d actually listen to what they were telling her!! It’s unfair that everyone gets treated like drug seekers when a lot of us are simply looking for some type of quality of life! If you’re okay with getting pointless injections, that most of the time leave you hurting worse than when you walked in and not having a clue what you’re getting injected into you and get a little script that you have to go through hell to get then look no more!! This is the doctor you’re looking for!!!

I was made to have to have what i do beleive were lidocaine injections in my back. The first time I had a bad reaction. So I told the Dr that I had an adverse reaction to the shot. She said that I signed a contract with them to get injections for pain meds. I didn't know that's what I had signed,(note to self read every word of any paper your given especially by the medical field!) I then said OK (as I'm already dependant on the pain meds)and then she made me take another one. This time I had a full back rash! I will not go back to this place! I've been weaning off my meds so I don't need her and her shots! IMO she has to be getting kick back or why else would she push them so hard!!? Buyer beware

This place is abhorrent. Beth doesn't seem to understand how Tricare insurance works at all even though they accept it. This is surprising considering insurance guidebooks for healthcare workers are abundant and easy to follow. Their scheduling is consistently flawed, customer service is atrocious, and the ones responsible for billing are clueless!

Model patient kicked out because they're fax machine didn't work and they didn't know the hours to fax the information so I get kicked out for their mistakes

Dont waste your time, your not worthy of a phone call if she isn't going to be a patient. If you owed her money she would be hounding you down. I waited 4 weeks before I had to call her. UNPROFESSIONAL

This place is a joke. My sister moved from another County and when we went up there the two ladies behind the glass said sure we take that insurance only after 30 minutes of filling out stupid paperwork did they say oh I'm sorry no we do not take that insurance what a joke they didn't even apologize for their stupid overlooking mistake go somewhere else you will be better off

These people that left bad reviews are patients seeking drugs and are not compliant she realy tries to help people with pain

The staff are awesome and the doctor seems to really care about what's going on with you
