Rehab 1st

As someone who wants to be in a patient, the lady that answered should not have. I don't know what the problem is with this area and their front desk customer service, but they all need to get retrain. I attempted to make an appointment online, but that service was unavailable, which should have been a sign. Secondly, I asked for next available, but that wasn't good for my schedule, so I suggested when I was available. She,the lady on the phone , said, "How about another day sooner?" Third, I informed her my order says PT, but she insisted it's OT. I had to repeat my condition, I had to repeat the name of my insurance, which is a PPO, no referral required, just an order. So finally, she tells me ,someone who works in a doctor's office and in the billing department, that an order with no expiration date ,that it's only go for 30 days. I'll let her slide with that foolery, but by the time she told me to get another referral and have it fax,I was totally over her and the run around, oh well back to drawing board

I can't begin to say how satisfied I am with the care I have received with the Physical Therapists for my Lymphedema. Lacey, Kristi, and Aimee are wonderful to work with, and have provided me with exceptional care. They have such caring hearts, and a real concern for my health. I went for rehab after having rotator cuff surgery. The staff was very competent and friendly. Chris, the physical therapist, was very knowledgeable. Both he and Charlie were great to work with and took time to explain my condition and progress to me. The front desk receptionist, Kelly, was extremely pleasant.

I have been to several other rehabilitation services in the area and Rehab 1st has been my best experience yet. The Cumberland location is easy to find and there is plenty of free parking in the rear lot reserved for patients. There is usually little to no wait time and the therapists manages your time efficiently. To simply put it, these people are pros. The entire staff are friendly and enjoyable to converse with. I will definitely recommend Rehab 1st to everyone.

They are wonderful people who actually care about you and treat you like an actual person,they are truly wonderful and great

It was my first time EVER to a physical therapist for dizziness,i cant believe how amazing they are.to the woman at the welcome window to the man who did some stuff to see what causing the dizziness,he is really on the path to cure me! And 2 apointments a week??? Thats AWESOME more often than my own doctor wanted to see me for my condition. Im sooooo glad i went here and continue to do!

Wonderful staff everytime I go there. They schedule appointments right there. Rehab they work through the medical problems you need therapy on. Highly recommended

Staff is wonderful! In 6 weeks of therapy I have little pain now!
