These guys only care about the money, and it's basically just a glorified gym where they have you get on the bike for 10 minutes, do some squats for 10 minutes, and then the physical therapist comes over for 5 minutes, does a couple little things (passive range of motion, massage, etc.) and walks away. Then they charge you $150! For less than half an hour! My husband and daughter went to these guys for 1 month after my husband lost his job (maybe 6 visits?), because he was under the impression his employer was paying for Cobra for that month. When we realized that wasn't the case, we asked Registered Physical Therapists if they could offer us a discount since we were having to pay cash and my husband lost his job. They said no. Our bill was $900. RPT is heartless. It's all about the bottom line. Heaven forbid if their physical therapist doesn't make $100 for 5 minutes of effort. I'm guessing the other $50 goes towards the exercise equipment, paying other staff, and rent. So if they see 30 patients a day, they get $1,500 every day for those things. They're making a heck of a lot of money off of people in pain. We started making payments online, but their online payment system is awful and instead of the payments being applied to the proper accounts, they were applied to the same account. We called them multiple times to resolve this, and they kept saying it was a new system, they had to ask someone about it, and then we'd be put on hold indefinitely. I got a message 2 months ago saying that they would give us a call back when they figured out the problem. Instead, we got a letter in the mail saying that they were going to send my husband's account to collections if we didn't start making payments. I set up automatic payments again, and both payments went to the same account. So I canceled my debit card and I have to go online every month to make individual payments when my new card comes. We will never be going here again. These guys are such a hassle, they overcharge for what they actually do during a physical therapy visit (VERY little), they don't offer cash prices, and the physical therapy visits didn't even help. I wish we we had just paid to get each of them a massage. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE- DON'T USE RPT.

I am currently working with Bruce Applegate at the Riverton, UT location for lower back and hip issues. I have been very impressed. He is very skilled in what he does and has a great bedside manner. He is patient and kind and listens to his patients. The staff is also friendly and helpful. I recommend RPT for all your physical therapy needs.

RPT Riverton is the best!! I have two student athletes that have been to RPT in Riverton for physical therapy with great results. Our Physical Therapist, Brent Miller, is exceptional! He genuinely cares and goes above and beyond with every visit. Heather and Audrey are so friendly and encouraging. The entire Riverton staff are kind and they make the time spent with them enjoyable. They really are outstanding! I would highly recommend RPT Riverton to anyone!

I was recently referred to RPT Riverton by my orthopedist. Assessments were done to see what my strengths and weaknesses were and a plan was implemented to meet my needs. The therapists and staff provided me with a variety of activities that I did with them, as well as activities to do at home. I have been so pleased with my progress with pain management and my increased ability to move normally and take care of myself. I'm so grateful for all they've done and continue to do for me!

Bruce at RPT Riverton did a great job helping me rehab my shoulder. I had an easy time making appointments to fit my schedule. Every appointment I scheduled ran on time with little to no wait time for the PT. They always had several staff members working so I did not need to wait for help with my exercises. This location seemed busy but not overcrowded, which I think is a positive quality of a place like this. I think it shows they are doing a good job for other people as well.
