Regional One Health Rehabilitation Hospital

I had an MRI performed at Regional One Health today. The women that work here are like mother's in that they're so caring. Everyone always ask "how are you doing" even if you just past by them and are so patient and so caring during the procedure. I felt so comfortable before, during and after. Everything went well and quick, they are very well trained. 😀 Also the place is so clean!!

I have a family member in the care of regional one rehabilitation. He is recovering from a traumatic brain injury and spinal fracture- a nurses assistant left my family member unattended on the side of the bed (despite orders not to) where he fell from the bed and hit his head on the floor. This nurse then proceeded to blame my family member asking him “what did you do?!” When this was clearly a form of neglect and intended to shame my family member. I couldn’t be more displeased with how this interaction went.

Rude the lady on the phone answered with a bad attitude told me I couldn’t come back to the facility because I missed 2 appointments do not go here

Second time making an appointment to only have to wait over an hour to be seen!
