She was recommended by a trusted trainer as being very knowledgeable. I was experiencing pain and stiffness in my left leg and got a prescription from my orthopedist. Had back surgery so I was expecting long term therapy but went 5 sessions only. My leg became pain free. She is very chill and easy to talk to.
