Dr. Regina Eum was very professional very knowledgable and took lot of time going through my wife profile asking lot of questions and throughly examined her physically with lot of patience. I strongly recommend her.

Wish I could leave zero stars. I arrive respectfully ahead of time for my 8:05 am appointment. My back and chest pain are thru the roof, and I'm thinking perfect time to be evaluated. Trouble was I wait in agony for Dr. Eum to show, precisely at 9am! Total disregard in accepting responsibility for being late. Um, don't think she was in surgery! Proceeded to ignore a proven established diagnosis in back. Started with neck. I explained...it's my back. Completely ignored my protest. So she did rapid-fire of questions and exam. I proceeded with same. I varied my responses from "yes", "yes", "no", "yes", "no", etc. I end up with a diagnosis of carpal tunnel in left wrist (!) and suggestion of water therapy! My cry for help fell on deaf hears. Time to break out the rosary beads from third grade. Run.

I had been dealing with back/nerve issues, which were completely debilitating, for months. I had met with several doctors/specialists and felt like a number to mostly everyone I met with. Dr Eum was a breath of fresh air. She went well above and beyond with her time and attention to detail. Dr Eum made me feel like an actual patient that was finally being heard and evaluated properly. Dr Eum lead me on the road to recovery and I am forever grateful. I could not recommend Dr Eum more.

It took me more than two weeks to be able to schedule a follow-up appointment with Dr. Eum– My back pain wasn’t getting any better. I'm a single father that works full-time. I had to take the day off to be able to go to today's appointment at 3 pm and I had to leave my 5-year-old daughter in extended childcare. Dr. Eum had me waiting in the room for 65 minutes. I asked the nurse if she had an emergency or what was going on. The nurse told me that she was just being late. When she finally showed up, I told her that I didn’t have more than 10 minutes because I needed to go get my daughter. She left the room and asked me to talk to a nurse to reschedule. I told her that I didn’t want to wait another two weeks to reschedule and her response was the same, talk to a nurse. Lack of care, compassion, and respect for people’s time.

Dr Eum was referred to me by a friend who found her very helpful. I can only emphatically echo that sentiment I went in for a thorough assessment, and that is what I got. She took her time, was attentive, patient knowledgeable and informative. She made all of the relevant referrals and communicated with my existing physicians. I recommend her without reservation.

This was my first visit with Dr. Eum she was fantastic. She spent over an hour with me going over all my issues and we discussed a game plan. I would highly recommend her.

I arrived a little bit late to my MRI exams and even thought the nurses treated me so well.

Very nice lady, attentive, took her time with me……BUT when I asked her to fill out a handicap parking permit application, she said she was uncomfortable doing that , are you kidding me , I could barely walk 20 feet without severe pain , I see people with handicap stickers that walk much better than I do , needless to say as much as I liked her, it was a total waste of my time !
