Prior to seeing Dr.Ferrell I was discouraged about life and dealing with my condition. He took his time to explain what was happening and my opinions. Clearly very knowledgeable of non surgical procedures. He was confident that his recommendations would help . But most of all encouraging and optimistic about me returning to an active life and that meant the world.

Alex Schultz is an excellent provider. Other than his usual chronic lateness for our early morning appointments, he spends a lot of time with me either in person or online or on the phone when he does attend to me. He is thorough, caring, and complete in his concern for his patients. I would recommend him as a Physicians Assistant for those with orthopedic care concerns.

I did not see Dr. John Ferrell on September 12, 2024, at the ROSM Washington, DC office because I was not seen in a timely manner and left after an inappropriate time to wait. This is the second time I have experienced this problem with ROSM including previously in July with another doctor in the practice. Both times I was taken to an examining room in a timely manner and was left to wait in the room. After over 30 minutes, I left the room and spoke to one of the staff to ask if there was a problem. Both times I was told that the doctor was with another patient and would be in to see me in a while. My first complaint, therefore, is that it is not the patientโs responsibility to determine why there is a delay. The doctor should instruct his/her staff to let the patient know that there is a delay and what are the patientโs alternatives. Both times the staff person apologized for which I appreciate their apologies. An apology by a staff person, however, does not indicate that there will be any change in how waiting patients are informed of delays. On September 12, 2024, the staff person told me that the doctor was in a room with no clock, which is not an excuse but demonstrates poor planning by the doctor. Therefore, my second complaint is that the ROSM Washington, DC office is poorly managed and fails to properly plan appointment times for patients. I will not be returning to this practice for any reason.

I am so thankful to have finally found another Dr. who administers PRP therapy. Despite having just moved into their new facility, still unpacking boxes, they were super patient focused. Every member of the 5 who interacted with me were kind and gentle and professional in their roles. I will be happily referring friends and family who have similar pain issues.

Dr.Ferrell is absolutely phenomenal he figured out exactly where my pain is after getting hit by a car and told me what to do to get better. If you or anyone needs sports orthopedic care he is the ONE not the TWO โ๐พ๐๐พ๐๐พ๐๐พ๐๐พ๐๐พ๐๐พ

Had a great visit with Alex. Heโs always very friendly and professional. He addressed all of my issues. I would recommend him to anyone with sports related issues or just normal wear and tear issues.

Alex is very thorough and provides great details on what's going on and what the options might be down the road. Dr. Yokel came in to participate in the conversation and he was also very helpful and easy to talk to.
