I've been on the weight loss program for 34 days and I've lost almost 20 pounds. They have a sound approach to not only weight loss but building better habits with respect to diet. This isn't weight loss in a shot or pill form - you have to do the work and you have to be committed. The staff will support you in anyway necessary but they can't do it for you. I have more energy and I generally feel better eating the way I am now. It takes some planning and meal prep but it's nothing that will take up an inordinate amount of your time. I've never had any issues with my weight until I reached my late 50s - the quick keto diet and lose 10 lbs in a matter of a couple weeks wouldn't work for me anymore. Part of this program is resetting your metabolism and I can tell you that it is working for me. I'm 10 lbs away from my goal weight and at the rate this is going, it'll be sooner than later. If you are having a difficult time losing weight, I urge you to talk with the folks at Regenerative Medicine in Dothan. I assure you they can develop a plan for you that works, won't leave you hungry all day, and will make a huge difference in how you feel.

In two in a half years I went through 5 surgeries with my stomach and had pain with it. Saw many Doctors within 3 years and they couldn’t figure out what my problem was. As a massage therapist, I see 1st hand how Chiropractic & massage work great together to help improve the wellness levels and condition of the body. When my neck is out, he's my go to.

I just had my 10 day check-in. I am very pleased with my results to date. These ladies have been very helpful, supportive and genuinely seem caring. I love how they get excited over my results. I will post again after my 2 month mark.
