She helped me immensely with pelvic floor issues, breathing, constipation issues, diastasis, etc. “Traditional” doctors were never able to help and I felt like they never listened to what I was saying. Patrick is phenomenal! Was training for a marathon and am a fairly new runner so had lots of issues. Every issue I brought was quickly diagnosed and resolved with recommended exercises. Patrick was a huge part of how I was able to prepare and run a marathon without injury!

I've been seeing Patrick for a nagging shoulder impingement. After 6 visits, I have gained strength in the supporting areas where I was deficient - and most importantly to me, have developed the skills to ensure I can stay active without persistent pain. Beyond the 'results', Patrick is also a great human and enjoys helping people recover and improve.
