My mom came here for short term rehabilitation after a fall and surgery. This rehab center is well maintained inside and out. The nurses and caregivers, including PT/OT, who saw her every day, are very caring. The food service has a nice variety of choices each and every day, making all the meals taste like home cooking. All the staff from admissions to discharge are wonderful caring people, who truly listen to patients and their families. We are so glad we made the decision to come here.

My dad was admitted into rehab last night and a nurse called to let me know that they will settle him in. I received a call of introduction from his social worker early the next morning. How upbeat and informative! When I arrived shortly thereafter, I met his congenial nurse who went out of her way to locate hearing aid batteries. His social worker, Deb, took time with me and had a great connection with dad. Kathryn, Admissions, met with dad earlier… so outgoing, welcoming to him and with me after I arrived. Everyone treated dad with concern and respect. He told them he was never leaving; he was so happy! Dad is 100 years old and still mentally sharp.

The staff and nurses are very attentive and compassionate. They are friendly and courteous and all go the extra mile. While my father is here I know he will be in caring, compassionate, and loving care because they treat him like he's family. My family couldn't ask for more. Thank you so very much. πŸ˜ŠπŸ€—πŸ˜ŠπŸ€—πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ˜ŒπŸ˜ŒπŸ˜

This nursing home is a wonderful place that prioritizes the well-being and happiness of its residents. Many of the staff are warm and attentive, and genuinely caring, making everyone feel valued and at home both patients and families ! The facilities are immaculate, with cozy beautiful communal spaces. Sure the patient rooms could be updated, but not a deal breaker. Despite the challenges of the post-Covid era we all live in and staffing shortages we have all experienced in every aspect of our lives, the facility remains dedicated to providing personalized attention and quality service. i watched so many staff members genuinely engage with patients, which appeared to make their day. The wide range of activities and events is very impressive. I loved seeing the coloring activity and the calendar of events posted throughout the building. Meals look great, so many choices for patients to select, knowing a picky eater, this is extremely imporant. i have to share Regency nursing home is providing an environment that ensures my family member is able to recover and live with dignity. Sure gives me and my family peace of mind. Continue to be very impressed with staff and facility.

From the receptionist to the nurses and aids, this nursing home is wonderful. I visited my friends father-in-law and I was amazed How many times he was checked and looked after. My husband was in a nursing home and he laid in a wet diaper Until I went in there and complained. If I have to go in the nursing home, someday this is where I want to be.
