Reform Physical Therapy

Yesterday I had an appointment with Jill Spencer, when I got home I felt so different in a good way. I walked a mile without feeling urgency before the walk was done. I could not go that far before without making sure I was close to a bathroom. I got the best rest last night that I had in a while and this morning I got up and went to the YMCA without hitting the restroom the whole time. I can’t believe how one appointment made so much difference. Highly recommend! 😊

Wow! Paige is so knowledgeable, kind, and very easy to talk to. She explained everything and made me so comfortable. After 3 weeks of pain, I am finally feeling better. Every woman that has had a caesarean section NEEDS to see Paige!!!

Paige listened to my history, what I was hoping to improve and fix, then went to work. She knew exactly what to focus on! After resolving the issues I had in the short term, she then focused on what I can do in the long term.

Paige was very helpful in relieving some back pain! I tried dry needling and cupping for the first time and she made me feel very comfortable talking me through it:) Would highly recommend her!

Physical therapist Gillis is great! While being incredibly professional, she also is warm and kind and cares about her patients' well-being. I saw her with my 2 toddlers and newborn baby. She had coloring books for my kids and even laid out a blanket for my baby to lay down on during my appointment. She creates a family friendly environment. I don't have to stress or dread taking my kids with me. Regarding the healthcare I received, it was great. I left feeling optimistic about my recovery. And after some treatment, I left physically feeling so much better! I highly recommend her. And I definitely think most (if not all) postpartum moms would benefit from seeing her.

I highly recommend Paige! She is amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable and cares so much about her patients. Our son had been struggling with chronic constipation for 6 years, and Paige provided treatment and recommendations that finally gave him relief! It was life changing for him. We are so grateful for Paige!

Paige is fantastic, she is super informative and ensures you’re comfortable throughout the appt. She’s the best kind of hype girl for a mom.
