Reform Physical Therapy - Eliot

I injured my shoulder and after waiting several months I realized it wasn’t going to get better with out help. I was happy to find Reform Physical Therapy was located near me. My physical therapist was Shellie and she did a fantastic job. She gave me stretching and strengthening exercises that I faithfully followed and each week my shoulder improved. Jill took care of all the health insurance communication which was nice. All I did was show and did what they told me to do. Jill and Shellie are very friendly and enjoyable to work with. I would recommend this place.

Had my last visit with the Eliot branch today. Shellie, Jen and Jill are an amazing team of woman that have a great sense of humor and knowledge. Most of my time was spent with Shellie, and she was/is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I spent a few sessions with Jen who is also just as knowledgeable. You cannot go wrong with the staff there. Thank you so much for all the help with the shoulder!

I came to reform PT for neck and jaw pain. Shelly was able to diagnose the problem and share exercises I could do right away. She adapted the suggestions perfectly to my daily life as a mom with 2 young kids. Shelly is truly talented at her job and is the best PT I’ve seen. The space is clean, bright, and organized. I highly recommend this location!

Shellie and the Reform PT staff are incredible. I've had the most rewarding experience working with them for the past 7 months and I cannot thank especially Shellie enough for helping me every step of the way of my recovery. Reform is the BEST.

I had a wonderful experience with Jen who helped me recover from rotator cuff surgery. She is warm, fun and very knowledgeable! Jill at reception is wonderful as well. My recovery went about two months ahead of the predicted timeframe! Jen is great!

The best physical therapy ever. Professional, friendly and above all very qualified. Shelly and Jennifer work with you to get to the root of the problem. They explain how and why they are having you do certain movements They have helped me get through a very difficult situation with my back and they guide you through the process. I’ve never felt so comfortable and so well taken care of. It starts right as you walk in the door with Jill. She makes you feel welcomed and sets you up with the therapist. And she does so many other things. You are part of the family when you are there. I can’t say enough how you are treated. You are their number 1 priority Thank you all. Sam

I came into Reform PT with a painful hip issue. Jen helped me manage my pain with massages and exercises that I could do there and a home! I never was care for and treated as well as I was by Jen and the staff at Reform! I'm so grateful and for all the help and care I received especially for Jen!

I was referred by my primary doc and was skeptical that pt was the answer. After a few sessions with Jen I became a believer and was looking forward to my next appointment. They provided a friendly environment with a great staff of professionals. Thank you all.I will be back if only for a visit
