Jenn is an amazing PT! She truly cares about her patients and it shows. After struggling with a recurring injury for years, her treatment and advice are helping me get back to the activities I love. Jenn at Refined form physical therapy is exceptional! I had been dealing with hip pain for a while and saw her for a visit. Jenn is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. She used a variety of techniques including manual therapy, stretching, and created a personalize treatment plan with exercises to help me regain mobility and strength. Jenn was very patient and encouraging throughout the process. Her expertise and care made me virtually pain-free, and I highly recommend Refined Form Physical Therapy to anyone seeking a professional and effective physical therapy experience in Crestone. 5 stars!
