Refine PT and Performance Daphne

This is an amazing and caring place from Kristy happily making appointments and greeting you to all of the therapists, especially Blake C who did wonders and worked with this old lady who is a power lifter and designed my training just for me! I was released from my doctor in just a few weeks! Thank you Refine PT for a great experience! 2 months later…. I lifted in the WRPF powerlifting meet May 25…. Took 6 National records and 2 State records! Here’s my last deadlift! Thanks Refine PT and Blake C for getting this 67 year old ready for it after my shoulder injury!

Dr. Cynthia McInnis is wonderful to work with! I can’t express enough gratitude to her for helping me to get to where I am! My physical health is a million times better from the day I walked into the office! Going from barely able to stand (or sit) for any length of time, to being able to actually exercise and move my body the way it was meant to! She really listens and adjusts as the body heals and changes with each exercise. She always takes the time to explain each exercise and the reason and reaction she expects it to have on your body or injury. I seriously could not have had a better experience!! The entire staff at this location are GREAT and I could not have picked a better group of people! Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Refine PT. I'm in my late 60's with excellent health and fitness, but recently experienced sudden sciatica and back pain. Under Sarah's care and expertise at Refine I gradually worked through the physical setback and recently ran in my first 5k race in 2 years. The Refine staff are caring and are expert physical therapist.

Tyler came HIGHLY recommended by a trusted friend and I could not be more pleased with the therapy and healing he provided to my daughter. She had a pretty complex problem and Tyler went above and beyond anyone we’ve ever seen to research and truly figure out the root of what was going on. I absolutely loved my time at refine PT!! Nathan Roddy helped me meet my goals and get back to where I wanted to be. My experience was so much fun and so enjoyable!! One year ago this month our families life was changed. Our son was in an accident and the left arm was crushed with lots of nerve damage. Things we take for granted every day like brushing your teeth, eating with your left hand, drinking with it, and for Braxton doing the thing he loves most seemed impossible for him. It has been a very long year for him but with the help of Tyler and the rest of the therapist at Refine PT he is back doing what he loves. He has learned and still learning ways to adapt to the new arm with the help of Tyler and his staff. Refine PT has become family to us. We will be forever grateful for all they have done in Braxton’s life. Not only have they pushed him in therapy when it was easier to give up but they prayed with him and for him. They have built a relationship with Braxton and our family that will last a life time. We are so thankful that therapy has ended but we miss seeing these guys on a daily basis! Thank you Refine PT! We love and appreciate all of you! Words can’t describe how thankful we truly are and what An amazing staff you have!

Fantastic team of therapists! Sarah Williams guided me through my knee replacement recovery and she was amazing! She knows when to challenge and push hard, and when to back off. I highly recommend Refine PT!!
