I scheduled an appointment over the phone with a lady. I show up early in the morning the day of my appointment, just to be told I'm not scheduled for an appointment. I get it we are human and make mistakes, but i feel like the girls at front desk and the one at the back helping with the physical therapy could have approached the situation differently. Instead of telling me to go back at a later time. They could have apologized instead of asking if i was sure i had scheduled the an appointment. Like i was lying!!
