Steve at Redwood PT worked with my daughter who is a high school distance runner as she recovered from a broken foot and knee pain. It was quite incredible to see how quickly she was able to regain and go beyond her prior abilities due to Steve's comprehensive physical therapy treatments. It was very easy to set up appointments and he was flexible with his schedule to accommodate her. The care was personalized for her injuries, level of fitness, goals and was creative, innovative and fun. Steve made sure she left his care with exercises she could repeat at home to prevent future injuries and make her stronger!

Steve is such an amazing PT. He is incredibly knowledgeable, pulling out diagrams to explain how and why we’re working the muscles we’re working on in therapy. I came in with runner’s knee, barely able to walk up and down stairs, and I came out ready to run for my next race and beyond!

Steve has been an amazing PT to my 3 kids and I. Over the past 5 years, Steve has treated my 3 kids for different sport injuries. He has gone over and beyond to last minute appts to weekend & night appts. I highly recommend Steve!
