I went in yesterday for a COVID test and tested positive. They gave me a medication called paxlovid. 2 hours later I was rushed to the ER due to not being able to breathe and my vision going out. 2 ER Drs said that they should not have given me this 1,400$ medication because the side effects are so severe that unless you are considered to be deathly ill from COVID the risk outdo the reward. I was vomiting for hours and shaking uncontrollably from the medication that the ready urgent care Dr said has little to mild side effects be careful going here

The staff were very friendly. And the doctor was too, my son was very calm when he spoke to them. And he usually isn't like that, even when we go to his doctor.

🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 Took someone to take a Covid-19 test there. They work very very slow. They do not inform people on a timely manner about the "cash copay". And they claim is a free test until you go in and they tell you that your insurance might bill you or they might bill you if the insurance doesn't cover the test. They charge $150 for the rapid test or you can get the results in 4 to 5 days. User Beware: The ladies working there send people who where waiting there for over 2.5 hours home. "Because they don't take people after 5 pm". But they were happy to test 2 persons after 5 p.m. by charging them $100 each cash under the table. Plus the $150 for the test. The tallest blonde lady took the cash money from the guys.

I took my antibody test at this small urgent care and it was a wonderful experience. The process was a bit long, but please be nice to staff! They just opened up and I only saw 5 staff members for 10 people on a Sunday. But, they really take great care of you. When you arrive be ready to sign paper work and take it to your car. And make sure you have a charged cellphone on you because that’s the only way they can contact you to see you. Kudos! To the office manager, super cute and clean office.

They got a whole parking lot. But you can't park in it. Small waiting room which they make you wait outside if one person is being helped. I waited patiently outside. Then when I walked inside after the one person walked out, the front desk lady didn't greet me kindly, just a quick "I'll be with you in a minute." I was sitting there for 5 minutes while she clickity clacks on the computer and I walked out. I was not feeling good. I was made to find a small parking spot on the street and waited outside in the heat. No one who is feeling under the weather should have to do be so greatly inconvenienced. Why would I want an establishment to assist me if I'm already made to feel more uncomfortable than I already did? They need a new system for helping patients. I will not return and I'm so happy I found another place that made me feel so comfortable and gave me the compassion and treatment that I needed. My advice for this place, find somewhere else to go.

*** COVID-19 Testing Experience*** The staff is professional, so please be polite. This place is very unstructured and unorganized, which reflects in their wait time and reviews. I arrived on Tuesday during their lunch hours (around 2pm), upon my arrival there was little to no line, however people slowly started arriving. The staff handed out stickers to patients prior to leaving to lunch as a guarantee they would be tested. There was no sign stating those with stickers will be tested, and those without may not get the chance to be tested. I continued to wait, then was told I had to be signed in by 6:30pm to be tested. One hour later, they changed it to 6:00pm. Made it to the door by 5:45pm. The person before me tested for by 5:59pm. Staff then came out by 6:01pm and stated they cannot test me because I did not have a sticker and it was passed 6pm. Yes, one minute passed 6:00pm and they would not test me!!! I can't blame the staff, but I do think they could be slightly more considerate of the patients who wait all day. Or maybe even start the waiting patients paperwork prior to them getting to the door to help things run more smoothly, and avoid such a long wait time for a 1-3 minute procedure. I mean great customer services goes a long way, right? My suggestion, if you really need to be tested for COVID, and decide to get it done here. Don't bother calling, they never answer!!! COVID test are first come, first serve. You are unable to schedule an appointment. So be there early! Clinic opens at 10am, I recommend you start making line by 8am, preferably before 8am to be one of the first few to get tested. They are so unstructured the first patient isn't even tested until about 10:30am, even though they open at 10am. Good luck!!!

Went in there and I was out so quick! The doctor was so nice and she called me a few days later to follow up. I would go again if necessary.
