Farmingdale Reddy Care is wonderful! The atmosphere is clean, welcoming and very supportive. Eric has been fantastic; he deciphered MRI results precisely and came up with an effective and very successful plan for healing. The entire team of professionals there are all very patient and capable with their clients and, importantly, they are also very supportive to each other. All of this adds up to a great place for healing and progress! Thank you!

I was having constant lower back pain and spasms mostly waking up in the morning. I thought I would give Reddy-Care in Farmingdale a try. I saw Dr. Eric Bayer for a consult. He took the time to ask questions to form a treatment plan and I received treatment right away. Eric is very personable and makes to feel comfortable right away. I was also impressed by the one on one time Eric gave me. Previous PT places didn't give me nearly as much time. The facility is clean and had everything that helped my back improve including cupping therapy. The techs were friendly and very helpful. Shout out to Matt and Victor for all their help with exercises. An overall great support team. I would highly recommend Reddy-Care in Farmingdale. Thank you!

I was referred to Reddy Care in Farmingdale by my PCP for lower back pain related to degenerative disc disease. My primary physical therapist was Eleni, who has been absolutely fantastic. She has just the right amount of encouragement without being patronizing. I also worked with Tierra (supervised by Eleni), who is a student finishing her clinical rotation at LIU. She has clearly learned a lot during her time at Reddy Care. The other therapists and staff are very kind and willing to jump in and help whenever necessary. I have had a marked improvement in the quality of my movement and a significant decrease in pain. Joyce from the billing department was very kind and easy to work with regarding my financial responsibilities, since I do not have insurance coverage for PT. The location itself has plenty of parking and is easy to access. I highly recommend Reddy Care in Farmingdale to anyone who needs physical therapy.

OMG WORST PT & OT PLACE. I've been to a few. I'm still trying to figure out how this place got rated well at all. They must have had their own workers or people from the inside give them good reviews. They don't do one on one therapy. Instead, most of the time you will get assistants that will clearly say they're not experienced because they're students and they're told what to do. When it comes to the exercises they don't know anything about technique or form and I ended up with more pain and damage. I immediately left after my PT had 3 people he was working on even though I had a set appointment and so an assistant tried to work on me. PETER THE WORST therapist there, not attentive and acts like he's smart as a doctor but doesn't know his stuff but will convince you he does. He's not sympathetic to your needs or wants. I will never go back. I even tried another location. STAY AWAY AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.

I am so thankful for Dr. Eric Bayer and the entire Reddy-Care team. The professionalism and Dr. Bayer's experience is unmatched. I am working on both of my knees for the better of 3 weeks and I am feeling so much stronger and walking much better. I would highly recommend Reddy-Care physical therapy.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Some years ago, I was told that a herniated disk was causing all my problems. So grateful that an acquaintance recommended what was then PT2. Dr. Eric Bayer examined me, informed me that I had a classic case of sciatica, and then it had nothing to do with my back. Exercises to strengthen the piriformis muscle alleviated all my pain and negated the need for surgery. I moved off Long Island a couple of years ago. In the process of moving, I ended up with some back and leg pain. All new doctors, but the same suggestion - back surgery. I went to two different PT places, but neither of them provided the hands-on treatment I had grown accustomed to with Eric. With nowhere else to turn, I called him yesterday, described what was going on, and he felt that it was likely that I had an IT band issue. He suggested a couple of exercises and offered to check in on me rather than me make a trip back to Long Island. Well, I just returned home from a PT visit here. I told them a "white lie" and said that my wife had done some research on YouTube and thought I might have an IT problem. The therapist checked me out (and actually TOUCHED me) and AGREED!! He expressed that my IT band was extremely tight and adjusted my exercise program accordingly. After this ONE session, I am noticing an improvement! Thank YOU ERIC for providing my therapist with an accurate diagnosis!! So, even though I am now hundreds of miles away, Eric continues to help! He has now saved me from surgery twice! An EXCELLENT therapist - and a heckuva nice guy too!
