Redding Sports Therapy & Chiropractic

VERY expensive office!!! I am an 15-year RN with a bad foot injury and neck. Ive kept my BCBS PPO insurance through covered California because it’s better than my hospital provided insurance but these office is too good to take it and wants to charge $70 per hour for a cash visit which is outrageous.

I just started going to RST and after my first visit, I was already seeing/feeling wonderful results! I have had a terrible amount of lower back pain for the past 4 weeks and decided to make a appointment after a recommendation from a close friend. I am so glad I did, because today is the first day that I've been pain free in 4 weeks. I am excited to continue my treatments with them and get this pain fully worked out. Dr. Dakota and his staff are very nice and accommodating, and I would highly recommend making a appointment here asap if you are living with any pain like I was.

Highly recommend. They are professional and the staff are very friendly. Dr. Towner is knowledgeable and discussed the different types of chiropractic techniques with me before we began. He is very clear and makes me feel comfortable. My back and neck pain have decreased significantly since I saw him the first time.

I am so happy with Dakota Montgomery chiropractor and Jim Montana physical therapy. I feel fortunate that I was referred to their office. I have neck problems and I am very happy with the results so far. Both are very knowledgeable and caring and spend the extra time with their clients. I had been among my precis chiropractor to look at my neck x rays for months with nothing happening. Dr. Montgomery had pulled up my x rays on my first visit and went over everything. I have not had any pain with the adjustments. Jim Montana is helping me so much also. I can feel very good results in one week! I feel very fortunate that I am here and not somewhere else for my treatments.

Dakota and Seth have changed my life as far as sciatica and back pain go. Been going here for 10 years and every time is a wonderful, healing experience.

Dr. Montgomery and his staff have been providing exceptional care to me for about 3 years now. Dr. Montgomery has provided adjustments to my neck, back, shoulders, and hips many times and I always leave feeling better and in much less pain. Sometimes he has applied Rock Tape to provide more support after an adjustment to my lower back or shoulder and it helps so much. The entire staff cares for my well being and are always so warm and welcoming. I can't thank them enough.
