My husband just visited this office for Nerve Conduction Studies. Dr Purcell was professional, kind and personable. This was a totally wonderful office to deal with. Shanda in particular went above and beyond with her kind care and helping us with technological difficulties that us Seniors sometimes have. We highly recommend this office!

Dr. Annie Purcell is a compassionate and professional physician. I love her staff and the care she gives. She spent the time that was needed to get to really know what the issues were and the best course of treatment for me to reach and maintain my best health. I would recommend her highly.

Very impressed with how quick and efficient this office is! Staff was all very kind and informative, & was very transparent about what I would owe after my EMG which was very much appreciated! Dr. Purcell was very nice & explained what he was doing and what we were looking for and made me feel at ease despite the tiniest bit of discomfort. Overall really happy with my visit there!

Highly recommend both Drs. Annie and Joe Purcell. Their office is well organized and staff is highly competent. I've seen them both in the office, and had a procedure by Joe Purcell, and each experience was great. Couldn't recommend more highly. They truly care about their patients.

I was referred for a worker's comp issue and I found their care to be exceptional. I was seen promptly, the staff were friendly and helpful and the exam was very thorough. The results were back quickly and I never felt like my case was less important because it was worker's comp. I would definitely return there for care for other back and sports issues.

Referred for nerve conduction study tests and it ended up costing $700 because the doctor suggested testing more areas than the initial charges covered. Unfortunately, the doctor suggested these additional areas in a very casual way ("the equipment is already out"), and it was not clear at all that the $400 already paid for the appointment would almost double because of it. We wouldn't be told about the additional costs until a bill came in the mail a month later. Lesson learned to ask about cost more often and more assertively with a high deductible health plan. When we contacted them to let them know to be more aware of the out of pocket costs and need to communicate that to patients, they were very defensive and insistent that they were in the right. Doesn't leave me feeling like these doctors have the patient's best interest at heart.
