Red Canyon Family Medicine

I used to adore the care I received at this practice. Unfortunately, after Dr. Bratteli and her nurse practitioner, Nicole, left a couple years ago, I have not had positive experiences. The doctor I saw yesterday, Dr. Marroni, was cold and rude and clearly not interested in making me feel valued as her patient.

I am a new patient to this clinic and I have had nothing but exceptional care. Office personnel are very organized, polite, and welcoming. The MA's take time to ask about me and communicate what my vitals are. Both Jessica and Nikki are both compassionate, great listeners, supportive, and want to make sure you understand everything about your visit. This clinic defiently understands the importance of great customer service and providing the best care they can offer. Thank you Red Canyon Family Medicine!

I had a fall and gouged a hole in my face. I thought I'd have to go to the ER. But they fit me into their schedule. Nicole and Amber treated me like they would their own grandmas. They were concerned with my comfort throughout the process. Nicole closed my wound with 4 stitches. It was challenging, being very close to my nose. Their professionalism and kindness were exceptional. If it's possible to have a good experience in such a situation, this was it. If there were 6 stars on your rating scale, they would have them! Thanks, ladies. I will always be grateful. ♥️

Jessica Harrington is one of the most compassionate nurse practitioners I've ever met. I feel so lucky to have her as my primary to help me when unexpected health issues come up. She is so patient and kind. Thank you Jessica for all that you do! It does not go unnoticed.

Dr. Levin is the most caring and lovely person, always takes the time to find out what is going on with me and I never feel like I was rushed through my appointment. I recommend this clinic very highly for the care and attention I have received.

I just found out that Dr. Price will no longer treat me because her office said I was "abusive." I guess they define abusive as calling for test results and asking why it takes 5 days for them to review results before they call back. I was never unkind or loud-- just asked why it was taking so long. I have had wonderful relationships with my doctors in the past so this is a real shocker to me. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this practice.

I've felt welcomed and comfortable every time I've visited this office. Nicole Wilkerson, P.A. and Dr. Amy Bratteli are both friendly and put me at ease immediately. They take the time to answer my questions and explain things clearly and never make me feel rushed.

It would have been nice to receive a phone call after we submitted an application for care at your clinic. When I called initially, I was told you WERE accepting new patients. After we submitted the application and had not heard back in 2 weeks, I called and was told we were not accepted due to capacity. POOR, POOR customer service and/or patient care. We will be sure to keep our recommendations to clinics who actually care about patients.
