So glad I found this place. I was in a tough spot and Recovia helped me tremendously. Their program consists of many different beneficial outpatient sessions including physical therapy, integrated group therapy, one on one counseling, and medical/medication treatment. The staff there are all awesome and professional. They really care about your well being and give you the tools you need to heal and grow. After completing the 6 week program, I signed up for the aftercare that was offered. They accept most insurance plans, so no issues there. Looking forward to continuing my journey with my new "Family" at Recovia. If you're struggling with anything...depression, chronic pain, substance abuse, Recovia is Highly recommend!

My experience with Recovia was excellent. I have had physical therapy in the past, but have never had any behavioral therapy. Truthfully, I never felt that I needed that type of therapy, but boy was I wrong. I learned very effective coping skills to deal with my overwhelming stress and pain. The staff at Recovia all have positive, welcoming attitudes and the stress-free environment helped me learn how to help myself. I now am experiencing much less pain in my body and I know how to cope with stress on a daily basis. I highly recommend the Recovia program.

Fantastic friendly fun staff at the Grant Rd location! Recovia uses a physical therapy, exercise, diaphragmatic breathing, diet education, and mental health holistic approach. They even have a patient advocate, with an open door policy, to help ensure a remarkable Recovia experience!

Recovia has changed my life. They have taught me skills that I didn’t know before and I’m able to utilize them in my daily life. The staff at the grant location in Tucson are all so sweet. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you Recovia for changing my way of thinking!

The program isn’t what most people think it is going in making the first couple weeks challenging. However for those who power through it pays off exponentially. When you’re dialed back to fewer and fewer sessions you’ll actually miss it and want more. The program is a commitment with a complete course of around 6 months yet the primary is only about 6 weeks. Going from 3 days a week to once or twice every other week till finally once a month. Don’t let that discourage you and your journey of self help and healing, not only is my physical health better than it has been in decades due to the Personal Training ( the PT specialists are simply amazing, great people and knowledgeable in their craft), I’m also much better off with my mental health than before this process. It’s even improved the family through osmosis as it were, my kids have seen the improvement and joined in with several of the adjustments making this experience even better. This is by no means a “ cure “ for your ailments yet an improved quality of life, and I’ll take that all day long! I mean I’m not a small man and now I’m doing Tai-Chi and light Yoga along with a plethora of exercises that are keeping my physical issues to a minimum along with vastly improving my mental health on a daily basis. My family life has changed drastically and we’ve reconnected in ways. It’s can’t thank the staff at Recovia enough. I’ve connected with several of the councilors who’ve helped me in countless ways, truly amazing, I will miss them when I’m done and hope them the best. This has been my experience anyway and even though it’s true it’s not for everyone I can’t recommend this program enough. I’ve recommended this to my own children and other family members. It’s honestly been a life changing experience and that’s EXACTLY what I needed. I still have those days but there fewer and farther between not to mention my mobility and physical activity is at an all time high ( motion is lotion). Hopefully this review helps even one person with their decision. Thank you ever so much Recovia and ALL its staff members.

Recovia is a great place. The program is very good and has helped me while in active care. I can't wait to continue in supportive care.

I balked at therapy for years, thinking it couldn’t help me. My physician pressed me to try Recovia, and I finally relented. What an experience! The program itself takes a holistic approach—yes, it requires a heavy time and energy commitment, but the goal is “whole recovery”: mental, emotional, dietary/health, and physical therapy. The changes in my life, mind, and body has been incredible. I realize that all therapy depends primarily on the patient’s dedication and commitment to apply the principles and exercises, but I will never regret giving myself to Recovia’s program.
