I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Recovia Estrella. My Physical Therapists, Pat and Hunter, along with the Behavioral Health professionals were instrumental in helping me recover physically and emotionally, and their combined approach has truly transformed my well-being. Pat and Hunter provided exceptional care throughout my rehabilitation process. They designed a personalized treatment plan that was both challenging and achievable, ensuring steady progress without overwhelming me. Their clear explanations and encouragement made each session not only productive but enjoyable. At the same time, working with my mental health therapist, Veronica, helped me address the mental and emotional challenges I was facing. All the mental health therapist’s, at Recovia Estrella, led group therapy and meditation in a very comfortable safe environment. Their empathetic and non-judgmental approach made it easy to open up, and the practical tools and strategies I learned have been life-changing. I now feel more confident, resilient, and equipped to manage stress and negative thought patterns. What stood out most was how well these two therapies complemented each other. The physical progress I made through PT was enhanced by the mental clarity and strength I gained through CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy), creating a holistic recovery process that felt seamless and supportive. Recovia has been my saving grace. I am really grateful I found this clinic and has helped me immensely. All the staff has been so amazing and it truly feels like a safe and welcoming place when you have your appointments there. I highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised with the knowledge the Recovia coaches displayed. I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent at Recovia. I would highly recommend Recovia to other clients. Coaches made it very easy to understand the concepts they taught and apply them to everyday situations.

I was reluctant at first that I wouldn't find the help I sought for my mental, emotional, and physical state/condition. To my surprise I gained/learned many coping mechanisms on how to deal with my personal issues that have allowed me to function on a daily basis. More importantly, all the staff is patient, courteous, and very professional.

Everyone at RECOVIA are very professional caring people starting with the front desk. People don’t have to sign-in, well, not the location that I attended (RECOVIA Estrella)…Frida knows who one is upon entering into the lobby! The Therapists, the Nurse and the Physical Therapists know how to make one feel better to function back into real life experiences. Each one works for the Well Being, Emotional wellness and the Physical Health of their patients and I am grateful for everyone at RECOVIA!

I want to thank all the staff from recovia estrella location, I started the program when i was 8 months pregnant w anxiaty I thank God i was refer to them. 1 the program help me to coupe w my extreme anxiaty and 2 in my post-partum recovery the phisical terapist were so profesional and kind. Im really bad w names sorry if i miss one of you guys thank u Hunter, Doug,Frida , Veronica and Alexa. Im taking what i learn a new way to interac in my relationships, job and dayly life…. I've been in the programs they offer for a year now. Not only do the programs help, but the people I've encountered have only helped and encouraged me to grow and helped me to heal and get to my best state possible. They're always polite, caring, supportive, and don't force you to do anything you can't or are afraid to do. As long as you want to be there and work on yourself, they'll work with you.
