Recovery Lab Rancho Cucamonga: Cryo, Red Light, Hyperbaric, Stretch

I absolutely love Recovery Lab. Services are great! Regular PNF stretching, compression and cryotherapy are all part of my recovery. All of the staff at this location are nice, friendly, accommodating and so helpful. I highly recommend their location and services!!

I have been taking my daughter to Recovery Lab Rancho for about 2 years. We go in at least once a week for Injury Prevention or more when the aches and pains are worse than normal. Their equipment is top notch and The staff is AMAZING!! I am a true believer that recovery is one of the most important parts of an athletes training program. From the cupping, scrapping and stretching, to compression, cryo and redlight, this is an athletes MUST HAVE to keep them healthy and free from injury. The Recovery Lab Rancho staff are the BEST IN THE BUSINESS!! 10 outa 10 for me!!

I am incredibly thankful for the Recovery Lab in Rancho Cucamonga. They have amazing service and are incredibly knowledgable on how to help get athletes and your average JOE, feeling great again! As a former collegiate athlete I can attest to how great this services provided are. I would recommend this brand/franchise to any and everyone!

This location provides great care and great service to the customers, had an experience here at the Rancho location and we’re very attentive to my needs and provided the full service of what I paid for. They also had sports on which made it convenient to just relax and just watch the games while I was being recovered Would highly recommend Coming out.
