Kaitlyn provided compassionate and knowledgeable care. She is personable and always made me feel at ease. As a busy mom of 2 young kids and working full time it was hard to find the time to do my exercises, but she was able to make my home exercise program manageable instead of daunting. I slowly plugged away at her program and am doing so much better now! 10/10 recommend Kaitlyn!

I can't say enough good things about Kaitlyn. I went in experiencing a number of pelvic floor issues that I'd been ignoring for years, and in just a few sessions Kaitlyn had helped me fix all of them! She is incredibly knowledgeable and puts you at ease right away. Just call and make the appointment, I promise you will be happy you did!

I was fortunate enough to work with Kaitlyn after my second pregnancy. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind, and made me feel very comfortable and strong throughout my treatment. Going to my sessions was like going to see a friend! The in person therapy combined with at home exercises were very effective at repairing my diastasis recti and restoring core strength after just a short time. I would highly recommend ReclaimHer to anyone looking to heal their bodies after birth!

I saw Kaitlyn periodically for the first 6 months of my postpartum recovery and I am SO thankful that I did. Kaitlyn is extremely knowledgable and kind. I really looked forward to my sessions and I would not feel as strong as I do today if not for Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn also really gets all of the challenges that moms with little ones deal with - sessions were tailored to work on specific pelvic floor/postpartum recovery things but also the more random things like back pain with wrestling car seats in and out of the car. The exercises that I was given to do at home were also really manageable and I could tell that they were making a big impact week over week. I cannot recommend Kaitlyn and her practice enough!

Doing pelvic floor therapy with Kaitlyn was one of the best decision I made during my pregnancy. Kaitlyn made me feel immediately at ease and comfortable. Her recommendations for exercises were easy to incorporate into my everyday and were a helpful preparation for childbirth and recovery. I believe that because of her and her recommendations, I felt more confident in my birth experience and had an easier experience. She is also incredibly knowledgeable and the recommendations she gave were rooted in research that she shared as well. I highly recommend Kaitlyn for any person looking to get more information about their pelvic floor and prepare for childbirth and the recovery process afterwards.

Dr. Kaitlyn Labberton is a master of her craft. It takes a true professional to let a new patient know that their services are not needed after a thorough and comprehensive examination. In just one session, Kaitlyn taught me how to identify, activate, and coordinate my pelvic floor muscles. She made me feel extremely comfortable and she’s very easy to talk to. Kaitlyn let me know each step of the examination process and what to expect with both internal and external portions of the evaluation. While I don’t need PT at this time, I left with a much greater understanding and appreciation for the pelvic floor. Kaitlyn gave me a few exercises and suggestions to integrate into my current lifting/strength training program. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return to her for any future pelvic floor problems!

I have seen MANY PTs over the last 15+ years and Kaitlyn is by far the best. Incredibly knowledgeable and empathetic in her approach. She is one of a kind!
