This review is a long time over due since it’s been 4 years since I saw Dr. Allison for my pelvic pain postpartum. Four years later and I still think about Allison with gratitude for helping with my woes. She is so kind, caring, considerate, responsive, attentive and friendly. She quickly found a common ground for us to talk through and distract me while treating me. It was always a pleasure to come for my appointment and after about 6 visits she had me good as new. I would love to see Allison again for more treatments if only I were in the area! Thank you Dr. Allison! You have made a tremendous difference in my life. Wishing you all the best.

As a fellow pelvic floor PT, Allison has been a very important mentor for me in the pelvic floor world. We had the pleasure of working together at the beginning of our pelvic careers and have continued a professional relationship since then. I could sing praises all day about how naturally smart she is, how kind and considerate she is with her patients, and how her advice throughout the years has benefitted me and my own patients greatly. I highly respect Allison's professional opinion and expertise in complex cases including treatment of vulvodynia, painful intercourse, incontinence, post- prostatectomy, pelvic pain, pudendal neuralgia, and pre and post-natal cases. More importantly I highly value her sense humor, how down to earth she is, and a level of "real talk" that she meets her patients with. These are the invaluable reasons why colleagues and patients trust her, connect with her, and benefit from working with her. I also deeply appreciate her consideration of the mind/body/emotional connection when dealing with patients in chronic pain. Allison is my #1 referral when patients from the Bay Area need a recommendation and I'd trust her with my pelvic floor any day!
